Schedule UI/UX Design
This project was a study I did in 2016 as a way to test new layouts and have some fun. From time to time I do this kind of project to test my skills on some products that I have no experience at all but I feel that I can research and improve in some way. The product in this showcase does not exist but it's here to show you all a little of my personal work.
Schedule it’s a study of an app designed to help you better schedule your activities. Since I never used a calendar that really could help me or cover my necessities I decided to create a nice UI for one. The most important for this project is to deliver a friendly layout and intuitive workflow for the users.

I created all the material, from its name, branding, feature research, colour choice and style. First I can talk a little about the style of the app. At the time I created this app, the very sharp android theme was trending. I used happier colours and the green colour as the predominant colour. I chose this colour because it was a high colour, this shade of greener and brighter green.
At the time I created this work I was immersed in a dull project as a freelancer and create this project helped me to express myself creatively. I used the trending themes to show in my portfolio that I am able not only to do UX but also to focus on UI with different styles.
Features
Wondering if this product and fact could exist, what would it look like? Well, for that I made a benchmark to identify the best features, I realized that there was always something missing to make the product attractive, so I thought my product could have everything I wanted most, after all, imagination is the limit.
Check out my idea for this app:
-
Different ways of viewing calendars, quick way to change views for months, weeks, days or years.
-
Schedule your flights, hotel, shows, restaurant reservations and various activities intuitively
-
tasks: use the reminders to remember your activities.
-
Quick event creation: smart event title suggestions, places and people will help you save time when you create events.
-
All your calendars of activities in one
Conclusion
This is an app that could definitely exist. In terms of implementation, it has no major problems, but I confess that today I would change some things in it.
When I created this showcase I was very happy because I closed another freelance with a company that saw my potential in this showcase, so, concluding here, I can say, regardless of whether you are feeling pressured or not for other jobs, let your imagination flow, use your designer touch and sense to create something that makes you stand out.
