FURHAT STUDY

Furhat Robotics is a Stockholm based startup building the world’s most advanced social robotics platform driven by one common goal: making the promise of social robots a reality.

This project is a proposal to design a web page promoting  Furhat new product: Tengai the first unbiased recruiter Robot, currently in development with recruitment agency TNG, which was part of a design test, I didn't get the job thought, but I liked the case so much that I am using in my portfolio. Hope you guys enjoy it as well.

Timeline Process:

As I said before I have my own methodology of work, when I do projects like that for portfolio purpose, I usually don't use a cyclical method, since time is the most important key to deliver this projects. I try to get all I need At the beginning of the process, using the briefing, research and explorations and when I am satisfied I start the design step.

Specifications and Directions

Clean
Good Usability
Functional
Interactive

A product website is a reflection of the product itself, I try to translate the product specifications into the web design, since I was not involved in the product development, at least, I try to use information about its development, provided by the company in their briefing, that way I can short my design process and guide me. The key points here were the directions that I used to create the layout.

Flowchart

This was undoubtedly the most decisive and important part of this project. It is the structure I used for the site. I started with questions users would have about the product and how they could be found linearly on the site. I decided these questions based on shaffling scenarios and picking the best of it the one that avoids the biggest frustrations a user could face when browsing a website.

Mobile / Responsive Design

The idea is the website should display equally well in everything from widescreen monitors to mobile phones.

It’s an approach to web design and development that eliminates the distinction between the mobile-friendly version of the website and its desktop counterpart.

Mockup Layout - Desktop

This is one of the funniest parts of the project when at the end of the layout I can play with, I use the mockups to try and see how my layout behaves in different devices. This strategy is the way I use to better show the final product, to the client creating images that sell the product. and capture the eyes.

These images are great for cases and presentations, I use it a lot, since I have a background in graphic design and many years of experience in the area. I am proud to say that I use all my past experience to create my projects.
